I had ordered a box of 4 ounce cups and only received a sleeve. When I called about it, I got the box within a couple of days and no extra charge for the sleeve I all ready had. We are all human and mistakes are made. Your customer service is very good at stepping up to address those issues that may arise.

Excellent company--great prices, super fast service! We order all of our smoothies, sauces, syrups, and most of our accessories from BPS. We are a small scale art gallery/cafe/coffee house located in a small (tourist based income) town. Our out of town customers are impressed we carry high quality products at a fair price. Our local patrons are being won over from gas station "crappuccinos" to our specialty frappes & lattes made with Monin syrups & sauces! Thank you BPS!

Can I just say that I love Jon? I mean it in the most customer service way. He showed utmost patience with me when I thought that some bottles were missing from the shipment (I hadn't searched deeply enough in one of the boxes) and then when I later realized that one of the bottles was not the sugar free version that I had ordered, he did what every customer rep should do - agreed that the customer was right. I was impressed that he genuinely was concerned that something had broken down in the packing/shipping process, that he wasn't upset when I called back shortly to admit MY error, and then when I called a 3rd time about the incorrectly shipped bottle, without hesitation he told me he'd ship out the sugar-free version at no charge and I was welcome to pass the full sugar one onto someone else who could use it. Honestly? I'm saving it for when I get off the liquid version of this diet and can have more calories, to add it to lemonade. Thank you, thank you all for being such a wonderful company made of upstanding individuals.
