Ghirardelli Snow Day!!

It’s Wednesday...you know what that means!  That’s right, it’s snowing in CO again (2 Wednesdays in a row!).  When the cold weather sets in and the snow is falling, I find it’s the perfect time to mix up a little holiday drink fun!!

 Although we all can’t have chestnuts roasting on an open fire Ghirardelli’s Hazelnut Mocha is the next best thing.

In a 16 oz. glass add 3 tbsp. Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate

½  oz. Monin Roasted Hazelnut syrup

2 shots of espresso

12 oz of steamed milk and stir well

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate.

In a 16oz glass add 3 tbsp. Ghirardelli Sweet Ground White Chocolate Powder

½ oz. Monin Raspberry Syrup

1 oz. Rum

2 shots of espresso

11 oz. of steamed milk and top with whipped cream.

You are never too old to enjoy a nice cup of Dark Hot Chocolate.

In a 16oz glass add 6 tbsp. of Ghirardelli Barista Dark Chocolate Mini Chips

10oz. of steamed milk and stir well

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Ghirardelli Barista Dark Chocolate Mini Chips.
