Thanksgiving, Birthdays, and Other Goings on at BPS

I find it hard to believe that I’m writing about the start of ‘that time of year again’…but, I’m determined to shake the denial and embrace the season!  Let’s begin by expressing our deep gratitude for all of you.  We’re heading into our 18^th year of business, and we’ve considered it a pleasure to work and build relationships with all of our wonderful customers.  Many thanks for choosing BPS as one of your partners, we truly appreciate it.  Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

 

You probably already know this, but just in case you missed our Thanksgiving hours:

Our Colorado office/warehouse/bakery will be closed Wed, Nov 23 and will reopen on Mon, Nov 28. 

Our New Hampshire office/warehouse will be closed Thurs, Nov 24 and will reopen on Mon, Nov 28.

 

Our Colorado warehouse is humming with added activity today.  First we’re celebrating owner Jennifer Weller’s birthday (Sun) early today.  Happy Birthday, Jen!  Second, we’re prepping the bakery for a new floor….exciting!  The blue and white squares that color our training café will be making their way into the bakery over the long holiday weekend.  The training café floor is getting deep cleaned and a sink is being installed.  So, we’re busy clearing out the bakery and training café before the plumbers and floor people get here at 1230.  Whew! 

 

Let’s end with some imbibing.  Monin has some new pie flavors that are perfect for the holiday season.  Flavor your latté or steamer with Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Blueberry Pie, Apple Pie, or Key Lime Pie Syrup.  For your holiday parties consider an Apple Pie a la mode Martini (1/2 oz Monin Apple Pie Syrup, 2 oz Vodka, and 1 oz Half and Half shaken with ice and strained) or a Cranberry Spritzer (1/2 oz Monin Cranberry Syrup, 6 oz Sparkling Wine, and a Twist of Orange).  Cheers!  Enjoy the holidays!
