Get Your Pour On! - Monin Sponsored Latté Art Classes

We hosted two free latté art classes on Wednesday; the first of a series of free classes we will be offering.  We would like to send out a great big ‘THANK YOU’ to our sponsor Monin, to all of the attendees, and to our instructor Josh Taves of Northern Colorado Barista Training.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ever wonder how you should steam milk to maximize the amount of micro-foam you produce?  Josh starts the class on the technical side of things and explains the basics using some interesting science.  The class then progresses into a ‘pouring water from a pitcher into a cup’ practice session.  The real deal pouring is next, and we close the class with an informal and good-humored latté art throwdown.
