Thai Toddy Recipes

Cold Brew (also called Toddy sometimes) is definitely a hot trend this summer! With that in mind, we prepared some unique cold Brew Recipes. Check out these recipes for a Thai Coffee and a Thai Tea!

Toddy Thai Tea

• Two Leaves Black tea leaves. - 4 oz.

• Star Anise - 6 Stars

• Orange - 1/2 Orange

• Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 Can

• Water - 64 oz.

Instructions: Add Water and Tea to Consumer Toddy. Break up Anise and add to Toddy. Slice 1/2 an orange in to 4 parts. Juice 2 of the parts into Toddy. Cut other 2 parts into 4 parts and add to Toddy, skin and all. Stir ingredients together so everything is saturated. Brew for 12 hours then filter into a decanter. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk and shake it up.

Toddy Thai Coffee

• Course Ground Coffee - 1 lb.

• Cardamon - 1 Tablespoon

• Orange - 1/2 Orange

• Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 Can

• Water - 64 oz.
