Elyse CoffingMeet:

Elyse Coffing

Customer Service Manager

How long have you worked for BPS and in what capacity?

2 years: 1.5 years as a Customer Service Barista and 6 months as a Customer Service Manager.

Where did you grow up? Where did you go to school?

I spent most of my childhood in Austin, Texas but moved to Loveland, Colorado my sophomore year of high school. I graduated from Mountain View High School.

What do you like most about your job or about BPS?

I love talking to customers and helping them find new recipes and products that will work for them in their cafes. I also really like getting to know our vendors, what new products they have coming out, and new ways we can use their products.

What’s your favorite type of music? Do you have a favorite band or artist?

Elyse Enjoying A Good BookOh my gosh this is a hard question. I love music but I am not super passionate about it. I tend to lean towards modern rock and my favorite band is Breaking Benjamin.

Do you have any unique hobbies, talents or experiences?

I do not know if I would call it a unique hobby but I unwind and relax by reading. I read anything from light hearted comedy to suspense novels. I also enjoy board and card games with family and friends.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I am a big family person, so when I am not working, I am hanging out with my family as much as I can. We like playing outside whether it is water sports or snowman building we can not get enough of the outdoors. I also nanny for a close friend of mine so that is a lot of fun!

Elyse, Sean & EvaFamily? Kids? Pets?

I have a husband named Sean. We have one daughter who is 19 months old and just found out we are expecting our second at the end of 2017. We currently do not have any pets but I am trying really hard to convince Sean that we need a dog.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you be and why?

I would either stay here in Colorado because I love the four seasons and being so close to Sean’s family or I would move back to Texas. My sister lives in Texas and I would love to live closer to her again and it’s alway nice weather.

What products would you recommend from the BPS catalog and why?

This is always changing, right now I love the Cocomels. The Sea Salt is my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of them! I like that they are made out of coconut milk, it really gives the caramels a unique flavor.
