Meet: Lucy Oldham | Customer Service Manager

 How long have you worked for BPS and in what capacity?

I started working for BPS on May of 2018 as the Customer Service Manager. I have been working in the hospitality industry for about 15 years now.

Where did you grow up?  Where did you go to school?

I’m originally from South America, Paraguay. Check it out in this highlight video. I grew up there and moved to Loveland, CO in 2013.

What do you like most about your job or about BPS?

I love my team and interacting with our customers. It is sincerely the best part of my job.

What’s your favorite type of music? Do you have a favorite band or artist?

I love all types of music. What I listen to depends on my mood! I just love music.

Do you have any unique hobbies, talents or experiences that you would like to share?

When I was little, I traveled a lot with my family. My mom always had the best vacations planned for us. Also, my country is known by being a bilingual country. I speak Castellano (Spanish) and Guarani (a native language) which is a really unique and an endearment way to our hearts. If you have a moment, check out this this video about it!

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I love spending time with my family—my husband and dog! We take long walks around the lake where we live; since we have a labrador it’s seriously impossible not to go pretty much everyday. We also love to cook and bake together on our time off.

Family? Kids? Pets?

My husband, Sam, and my dog, Boonie.  

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you be and why?

I would live close to the ocean; anywhere where it’s warm. I love the vibes that little beach towns have!
