NEW Urnex Roaster Sprayz

Wednesday July 17, 2019 // By Mikenna Curlee

Urnex Roaster SprayzCoffee roasters utilize extreme heat to transform green coffee beans into expertly roasted coffee. Over time, this heat turns the residue and debris from coffee beans and bakes it onto various roaster parts, which can restrict airflow in the cooling bin and impeller compartment, disturb the overall quality and consistency of a batch, and pose a safety hazard in a roasting facility.

We are excited to announce the launch of Urnex’s first dedicated product for the roasting community: Roaster Sprayz.

• Dislodges and removes soils that have been heavily baked on surfaces when roasting.

• High foaming, slightly viscous liquid adheres to surfaces for a deeper clean.

• Ideal for chaff collectors, cooling trays, ducting and impellers.

• Formulated from phosphate free and biodegradable ingredients.

• Available in a 32 oz spray bottle.

InstructionsInstructions For Use:

  1. Vacuum surfaces prior to applying cleaner in order to remove loose debris.
  2. Spray on surfaces where extreme build up occurs.
  3. Allow cleaner to adhere to surface for up to 5 minutes, depending on the severity of the build up.
  4. If necessary, use a metal tool or brush to scrape off remaining oils or residue.
  5. Wipe clean with damp cloth.
  6. Spray all areas where cleaner has been used with clean water and wipe dry.

Do not use on aluminum or painted surfaces.
