Soda Shoppe Sensations with Hollander Chocolate

Let's keep this short and sweet, Love is in the air and we LOVE a sweet treat! We took inspirtation from our favorite soda shoppe classics and reimagined them in 2021.


Tia's Strawberry Banana Split  

This is a fun drink that will remind you of the old days.The simple goodness of a sweet strawberry banana split for all to enjoy.

  •½ oz (2 pumps)Torani Creme de Banana syrup

 • ½ oz (2 pumps)Torani Strawberry syrup 

 •1 tablespoon Hollander Chocolate Frappe 

 •1 tablespoon Hollander Sweet Ground White Chocolate Frappe

 • 2 shots of Espresso 

 • 7 oz of Milk

 • 9 oz of ice

 Directions: For the layered look: in a blender add 3oz of milk, Espresso, Chocolate frappe and 5 oz of ice. Blend until smooth and add to glass.  In a blender add 4 oz of milk, white chocolate, and 4 oz of ice blend until smooth. Divide mixture into 2 pitchers. Add the banana to 1 part and strawberry to the other.  Pour the banana mixture over top the chocolate and then add the strawberry. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!


Kristen’s CUPcake

Cozy up this Valentines with a Cold Brew Mug cake. Rich with flavors of molten chocolate and espresso. Top it off with fluffy chocolate mousse, some warm chocolate drizzle and a cherry! This dessert is every chocolate lovers dream in one cup!

Ingredients 

Hollander Mug Cake

Cake

•¼ Cup of all purpose flour

• ¼ Cup of Hollander Masterpiece Base

• Pinch of salt

• ⅛ Teaspoon of Baking Soda

• 3 tablespoons Milk Alternative or Dairy

• 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable oil

• 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Cold Brew or Espresso

•Chocolate chips or whatever Valentine's Day Chocolates you have leftover.

Chocolate Mousse

• Heavy Cream

Hollander Sweet Ground Chocolate

Directions: Combine your dry ingredients

Add in your oil, milk, and cold brew. Stir until the batter is smooth. If your batter looks too dry add a little more espresso or water! You want it to be smooth! Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir the center of the cake return to the microwave for 40 seconds. Let the cake rest for two minutes before adding the chocolate Mousse.

For the chocolate mousse. Stir together the chocolate powder malt powder and heavy cream to taste then add to the ISI. Screw-in the charger and shake vigorously. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


Elyse’s Chocolate Hazelnut Latte

This latte with rich espresso, sweet hot chocolate, and roasted hazelnuts pairs perfectly with chocolate covered berries.

Hazelnut Latte  1 oz Hollander Chocolate Premium Hot Cocoa

 Rim: Chocolate Hazelnut sauce and crushed hazelnuts

 Directions: Rim your mug in a warm Chocolate Hazelnut spread and crushed Hazelnuts. Dissolve the Hollander   Chocolate Premium Hot Cocoa with hot espresso. Add in the 1883 Roasted Hazelnut Syrup and top off with steamed half and half . Garnish with whipped cream.


Tara’s Whipped Red Velvet

 The perfect dessert for you and your valentine. This dalgona whipped red velvet drink is the perfect twist to the classic red velvet cake we all know and love.                                                                                                             Whipped Red Velvet

• ¼  cup Hollander White Chocolate Frappe Mix

• 2 TBSP DaVinci Red Velvet Cake Syrup

Pacific Natural Foods Coconut Milk

Grab a bowl and whisk and pour in ¼ cup of hollander white chocolate frappe mix, next add 2 tablespoons of the Da Vinci Red Velvet syrup. Once these two ingredients are in the bowl you want to add a touch of coconut milk and start whisking until peaks begin to form. Add more coconut milk as needed. Grab a cup and fill up ¼ with ice and add in coconut milk until it's about half full. Next you are going to take a spoon and layer the whipped red velvet on top of the milk until your cup is full. Top off with some sprinkles for an extra layer of fun!

Tobi’s Cookie Cupcake Colbrew Cream Soda
 A simply sweet treat. This cold brew soda is both refreshing and decadent, the soft bubble from a seltzer water mixed with all the best flavors of an oreo cupcake. You don't know if you want to go on a drive with the top down or if you need a glass of milk

 • Seltzer Water 8 oz

 • Cold Brew 4 oz

 • Monin Cupcake 2 oz

 • Monin Brown Butter 1 oz

 • Hollander Chocolate Sauce ½ oz

 • Hollander White Chocolate ½ oz 

 • Whipped Cream

 Mix together all Sauces and Syrups at the bottom of your cup. Add 6oz of Cold Brew and top with ice. Add Seltzer Water until your cup is full and top with a cute dollop of whip cream.

Alex’s A Couple of Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Opposites attract, some like white chocolate, others like dark chocolate. This drink combination lets you have the best of both worlds!

• 2oz Hollander Sweet Ground Chocolate sauce or Hollander Sweet Ground White Chocolate SauceA couple of Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

• 4oz Pacific Natural Foods Oat Milk 

• 2oz 1883 Strawberry Syrup 

• 4oz Espresso

Rim cups with chocolate and white chocolate sauce(one of each) and layer bottom of cups one with Chocolate sauce and the other with white chocolate. Layer strawberry syrup on top of the chocolate layer. Mix espresso and milk and layer on top of chocolate and strawberry. Garnish with optional strawberry and flavored sugar crystals. Add a little bit of excitement by substituting the espresso with coffee liqueur! ENJOY!
