We are mad about matcha! This little green machine is perfect for Spring! Hot or cold, making it a perfect transitional drink to get you ready for warmer weather.

 


Oatmeal MatchaHot Oatmeal Matcha Cookie

There is something comforting about eating a warm cookie on a rainy day in the springtime. I have always loved an oatmeal raisin cookie. I remember sometimes my grandma would put butterscotch chips instead of raisins. This drink gives you the strong oatmeal cookie taste but has a sweet hint of butterscotch and finishes off with the smooth cinnamon taste.

Yield: 1, 12oz

Ingredients:

• .5 oz - Monin Butterscotch
• .5 oz - Monin Irish Cream
• Dash of Savory Spice Shop Cinnamon Powder
• 10 oz - Chobani Oat milk
• 1 tsp - David Rio Power Chai with Matcha
• White Icing with Oatmeal Cookie

Directions: To begin, grab a milk pitcher and add in your oat milk and matcha powder. Steam together until temperature reaches 140 degrees, and set aside. In your 12 oz hot cup, add in your butterscotch and Irish cream syrups. Then pour in your hot milk and matcha mixture until the cup is full. Lastly, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Adding white frosting to the rim of the cup is optional!


Watermelon Matcha Splash watermelon matcha

Jump on in; springtime is near! There is no better way than making an entrance to spring with a drink that wows your taste buds and cools down the heat. When watermelon, kiwi, and a hint of matcha collide, it is almost like a wave came up on shore and made the sand go between your toes. Start this spring off right, refresh and relax by making one of these watermelon matcha splashes.

Yield: 1, 16oz

Ingredients:

• 3oz - Dr. Smoothie Watermelon Cucumber Mint Refresher
• 3.5 oz - Water or club soda
• .5 oz - DaVinci Kiwi Syrup
• 1 Teaspoon - Nice Matcha mixed with 1 oz of water
• 8 oz - Ice

Directions: Begin with a 20-24 oz shaker bottle. You will add your Dr. Smoothie Watermelon Cucumber Mint Refresher and DaVinci Kiwi Syrup. In another cup, combine the matcha with hot water and stir. Put a few ice cubes into the matcha mixture to cool it down. Now the matcha liquid needs to be added to the shaker; make sure to hold back the ice cubes and only add the matcha mix. On top, you will either add water or club soda, depending on your preference. The last step is adding in ice. Put the lid onto the shaker and toss it back and forth 2 or 3 times. You can add fresh fruit or garnish with fresh mint! 

Coconut CookieCold Brew Coconut Cookie 

Cold Brew does tend to be unsweet; by adding caramel, chocolate, vanilla, and a hint of coconut, you are in for a treat! This drink is perfect for warm weather. The sweet taste of coconut balanced with salty caramel and rich chocolate will have you dreaming of being at the lake in a lawn chair with this drink to cool you down.

Yield: 1, 20oz 

 

 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz - Monin Cold Brew
• 5 oz - Whole Milk

• .25 oz 1883 Coconut Syrup with 1.5 oz Half & Half - Coconut Cold Foam 
• 1 tsp David Rio Tea Frost Japanese Matcha with 1oz hot water than iced
• .5 oz - 1883 French Vanilla Syrup
• .5 oz - 1883 Caramel Syrup
• Hollander Chocolate Drizzle & Caramel Drizzle for around the cup

• 10 oz - Ice
• Coconut shavings

Directions: Begin with a shaker that holds up to 20 oz. Add the cold brew concentrate to the shaker, followed by the milk and your vanilla and caramel syrup. Grab another small glass; add your matcha and hot water, stir until combined. Adding a few ice cubes to the matcha mix can help cool it down before adding it into the shaker. Make sure to hold back the ice when adding the matcha mixture to our shaker. Then put the ice into the shaker and toss to make sure it's all mixed. Set everything aside because we need to begin making the coconut cold foam. Grab a 12oz glass and add the coconut syrup and milk. Use a handheld milk frother and froth for about 1 minute until the foam becomes stiff. Dip the top of your serving glass in caramel, and then dip into some coconut flakes. Then, drizzle the caramel & chocolate sauce all around the inside of the cup. Pour in the cold brew mixture and top with the coconut foam. Enjoy! 


 Grahamin' Matcha Frappe

Ever since I was a kid,  I loved the taste of graham crackers. They were crunchy and had a sweet honey taste to them. When adding together brown sugar cinnamon, french vanilla, and then a little honey, it gives you the taste of a graham cracker without the crunch. This is perfect for sitting on your porch on a warm, sunny summer day so sit back and enjoy!matcha graham

Yield: 1, 16oz

Ingredients:

• 8oz of ice
• 1 63cc Scoop of Dr. Smoothie Cream Base
• 6oz - Whole Milk1 oz - Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon
• .5 oz - Torani French Vanilla 
• Around the cup - Madhava Organic Amber honey
• 1 1.5g packet - Ceremonial Matcha 
• Whipped Cream (heavy whipping cream & 2oz Vanilla)

Directions: A handy dandy blender is needed for this recipe. Grab your blender and start by adding in all of your liquid ingredients. Start with the Brown Sugar Cinnamon and French Vanilla syrups, then add the milk. Powders will come next, the Dr. Smoothie Cream Base powder and 1 Ceremonial Matcha packet (1.5g). To make this a blended drink, you will need to add your ice in last. Put the lid onto the blender and place the blender on the machine. Blend for about 40 seconds or until the drink becomes smooth and there are no ice chunks. Grab your 16oz glass and drizzle honey around the inside of it, and put the blended mixer right in and top with whipped cream.
