Vanilla Caramel Coffee Guilt Free-ze Milkshake

Ingredients:
1 cup cold non-fat (skim) milk
1/2 oz Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup
1/2 oz Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
3 scoops non-fat coffee ice cream or frozen yogurt

Directions:
Combine the milk, syrups and two scoops ice cream or frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until thick and creamy and pour into a glass. Top with remaining ice cream or frozen yogurt.
