Sweet Bourbon Horchata Frappe
This frappe is the perfect beverage for those wanting fall flavors, but not ready to give up their beloved cold drinks yet. The creamy and cool texture is complemented by sweet bourbon caramel, the warm spice of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. Top it with cinnamon infused whipped cream and this fall specialty is complete!
TODDY COLD BREW CONCENTRATE
Ingredients:
1 Toddy Consumer Model
12 oz. Coarse-Ground Coffee
7 cups Water
Directions:
In a Toddy Consumer Model, brew 12 oz. of course ground coffee in 7 cups of water for 12-24 hours according to the Consumer Model Brewing Instructions. Frappe: Pour the syrup and cold brew into a blender. Next, add the horchata powder and top with ice. Blend until smooth. Top with cinnamon-infused whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick!

5 oz. Toddy Cold Brew Concentrate
2 (48 cc) scoops Cafe Essentials Horchata
1 oz. (or 4 pumps) Torani Bourbon Caramel Syrup
10 oz. Ice
Directions:
Pour the syrup and cold brew into a blender. Next, add the horchata powder and top with ice. Blend until smooth. Top with cinnamon-infused whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick!
CINNAMON-INFUSED WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients:
1 oz. (or 4 pumps) Torani Cinnamon Syrup
1 tsp. Savory Spice Shop Saigon Cinnamon
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 iSi Profi (quart capacity)
1 iSi N2O Professional Cream Charger
Directions:
Pour 1 oz. of Torani Cinnamon Syrup, 1 tsp. of Savory Spice Shop Saigon Cinnamon and 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into the iSi Profi (quart capacity). Seal it according to the iSi Profi Instructions, add a fresh iSi N2O Professional Cream Charger and shake.
