It all started in New York City.  Jon, Jay, and I were working hard at Coffee Fest and noticed the colorful, and quite lovely, little booth next to ours.  Candies wrapped in green, red, pink, and orange papers were overflowing from baskets and boxes and…well, they seemed to be everywhere.  During a break in the action at our own booth, we snuck over and grabbed a few samples.  Hello and yum!  The flavor of those organic hard candies was so true to their fruity names (Pear & Cinnamon, Grapefruit & Honey, Blood Orange & Honey, and Pomegranate & Nectarine), and downright juicy!  Torie & Howard Organic Hard Candies went on to win best new product at Coffee Fest New York, and a partnership was born between the award winning company and BPS.
