Lucia’s Ipanema Cup

Description: Be transported to Ipanema beaches with this tropical drink!

Yield: 1, 16 oz. Drink

Ingredients:
• 2 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Açai Berry Blend 100% Crushed Fruit Smoothie Concentrate
• 4 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Lemon-Ade 100% Crushed Fruit Smoothie Concentrate
• 2 oz. of Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Soy Blender Plain
• 8 oz. of Ice

Optional Garnish: a Lemon Slice

Directions:
Combine 2 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Acai Berry, 2 oz. of Pacific Plain Soy and 4 oz. of ice then blend. Set it aside. Next, combine 4 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Lemo-Ade with 4 oz. of ice and blend. To layer your drink, alternate each flavor by the spoonful into your desired cup. Enjoy!

Tia’s Vienna Shore

Description: Dip your toes in the sand with this cinnamon dusted frappe. The sweet vanilla notes blended with delicious cold brew are “shore” to transport you!

Yield: 1, 12 oz. Drink

Ingredients:
• 2 oz. (or 8 pumps) of 1883 Classic Vanilla Syrup
• 4 tbsp of Hollander White Chocolate Frappe
• 1 tsp. of Savory Spice Saigon Cinnamon
• 2 oz. of Toddy Cold Brew Concentrate
• 2 oz. of Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Almond Original
• 6 oz. of Ice

Optional Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cinnamon & a White Chocolate Shell

Directions:
Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate: Following the Toddy Consumer Model Brewing Instructions, steep 12 oz. of coarse ground coffee (with 7 cups of water) in a Toddy Consumer Model Coffee Maker for 12 hours.
Drink: Pour the syrup, coffee and almond milk into the blending pitcher. Then, add the white chocolate powder, cinnamon and ice. Blend until smooth. Finally, top with whipped cream, cinnamon and a white chocolate shell!

Elyse’s So Matcha Sun

Description: A favorite summer blended-drink of mine contains guava, banana and as much mango as I can get. In this recreation, I included matcha for energy and coconut milk to give it a nice rounded tropical flavor.

Yield: 1, 16 oz. Drink

Ingredients:
• 3 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Tropical Sunshine 100% Crushed Smoothie Concentrate
• 2 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Mango 100% Crushed Fruit Smoothie Concentrate
• 1 tbsp of Dr. Smoothie Cafe Essentials Matcha Green Tea Latte
• 3 oz. Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Coconut Original
• 8 oz. of Ice

Optional Garnish: Stirling Flavors Toasted Coconut Shakable Topping

Directions: Combine all of the Dr. Smoothie ingredients with the coconut milk in a blending pitcher. Add the matcha powder, top with ice and blend until smooth. Serve in your favorite glass and dust with toasted coconut shavings.

Kristen’s Sunset Coco Coloda

Description: If you can’t make it to the coast for the sunset, let this smoothie take you there. With this fruity-fusion of pineapple, coconut, and pomegranate in hand, you can almost feel the cool saltwater breeze and sun on your face.

Yield: 1, 24 oz. Drink

Ingredients:
• 8 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Pineapple Blend 100% Crushed Fruit Smoothie Concentrate
• 3 oz. of Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Coconut Original
• 1 oz. (or 4 pumps) of 1883 Pomegranate Syrup
• 1 oz. (or 4 pumps) of 1883 Coconut Syrup
• 10 oz. of Ice
• 1 oz. of Spiced Rum

Optional Garnish: Rim the glass with white chocolate and top the drink with whipped cream and ocean inspired white chocolate candies.

Directions: Rim the serving glass if desired. Blend all of the ingredients except the pomegranate syrup. Pump the pomegranate syrup into the bottom of the serving cup. Pour ¼ of the blend into the cup and stir to give the smoothie a pink hue. Gently fill the rest of the cup and stir lightly to create an ombre effect. Ganish the drink as desired!

Mikenna’s “Mermaid Milkshake”

Description: Blue like the ocean and sweet like a dream, this decadent drink is the perfect summer treat to sip seaside with your toes in the sand!

Yield: 1, 12 oz. Drink

Ingredients:
• 2 oz. (or 8 pumps) of 1883 Blueberry Syrup
• 3 oz. of Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Rice Milk
• 1 oz. of Hollander White Chocolate Frappe
• 6 oz. Ice

Optional Garnish: Rim the glass with white chocolate and top the drink with blueberry whipped cream. Add a white chocolate mermaid tail for a splash of fun.

Directions: Rim the serving glass if desired. Combine all of the listed ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour the mixture into your desired serving glass and garnish as desired!

Steven’s Half Dead Pirate

Description: This blend packs breakfast and coffee all into one smoothie to help you keep pace with the busy pirate lifestyle.

Yield: 1, 16 oz. Drink

Ingredients:
• 1 carton of Modern Oats Goji Blueberry Oatmeal
• 1 oz. (or 4 pumps) of Monin Maple Pancake Syrup
• 6 oz. of Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Oat Original
• 7 oz. of Ice
• 1.5 oz of Toddy Cold Brew Concentrate

Optional Garnish: Oatmeal & Blueberries

Directions:
Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate: Following the Toddy Consumer Model Brewing Instructions, steep 12 oz. of coarse ground coffee (with 7 cups of water) in a Toddy Consumer Model Coffee Maker for 12 hours.
Drink: Add the oat milk, cold brew, maple syrup and oatmeal to the blender. Top with ice and blend. Pour into the serving cup and add fresh blueberries to liven it up.

Description: An icy blue slush that tastes almost like cotton candy with just a hint of rum.

Yield: 1, 20 oz. Drink

Ingredients:
• 4 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Strawberry Acai Refreshers
• ¾ oz. (or 3 pumps) of Torani DAIRY FRIENDLY Blue Raspberry Syrup
• 6 oz. of Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Coconut Original
• 1 oz. of Rum
• 8-9 oz. of Ice

Directions: Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 2 oz. of Dr. Smoothie Banana Smoothie 100% Crushed Fruit Smoothie Concentrate
• 2 oz. of Toddy Cold Brew Concentrate
• 2 oz. of Pacific Natural Foods Hazelnut Milk
• 10 oz. of Ice
• 4 tbsp of Dr. Smoothie Cafe Essentials Chocoholics Choice

Optional Garnish: Almond Milk Whipped Cream & a White Chocolate Horn

Directions:
Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate: Following the Toddy Consumer Model Brewing Instructions, steep 12 oz. of coarse ground coffee (with 7 cups of water) in a Toddy Consumer Model Coffee Maker for 12 hours.
Drink: Pour the cold brew concentrate, smoothie and hazelnut milk into the blending pitcher. Next add the powder and ice. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and a magical white chocolate horn!
